At Sea to Summit Germany, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized DHL service point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
